Patricia Dobratz

JD, LMFT, BC-TMH, ACS

Patricia’s education and professional background span the fields of law, behavioral health, and academia.  She worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney before pursuing a career in behavioral health and becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Arizona.  She has provided therapy services and supervision in various settings including community mental health, school-based programs, integrated healthcare, and in private practice.  Patricia is also credentialed as a Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider and Approved Clinical Supervisor by the Center for Credentialing & Education.

Patricia has held several leadership positions including Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Director, and Vice President of Behavioral Health in various settings before launching the Clinical Best Practice Institute (CBPI) which provides support for behavioral health professionals and entities.  Patricia’s unique background enables her to provide quality clinical supervision, consultation, and training addressing various topics.  

In addition, Patricia has served on the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a Professional Member and Chairperson. She is also a member of the AAMFT Arizona Interest Network and has served in various capacities.  She has had the honor of presenting for national, state, and local associations on a variety of topics including ethics and supervision and has taught for several graduate programs. She is also passionate about assisting behavioral health practices and professionals in developing compliant documentation, policies, and procedures. Patricia is dedicated to supporting the growth and development of behavioral health professionals and upholding the integrity of the field.
